Going All Out

Deyon and the other Battlers are on a mission tougher than any they ever had before — stopping DiCapa from killing the President of the United States. The mission is a success, but the Battlers are struck a devastating blow when DiCapa sneakily learns that Shauna and Diahandra are the Blue and Purple Battlers.

• This is the first time in quite awhile we have seen the Battlers use their Battler Shrinking powers. It is the first time Jon has used his.
• This is the first time a Battler (Deyon) has transformed back into his normal form during a battle.
• This book marks the first of eight occasions in which the Battlers will undergo a Crystal Advance — a process in which their Battler Crystals store up so much energy from previous battles, they are ready to move to the next level and transform into Battler Emeralds. Also, the Battler costumes change, as well as the Battlers’ abilities. New spells are magically learned and used. The weapons are the same, but they have more power within them.
